Initially I was looking for 3-5 acres of land to build a house with a garden and some extra room to roam. I wanted to be in a rural area away from the cities and suburbs due to the craziness that is gripping our country. I contacted Jamie Chu at Montana Real Estate experts for assistance. Jamie kept in close contact with me for the following month. With just a few days left before the house would close and someone else would own it, Jamie called me. She broke the news to me that the house had fallen out of contract, and we could go under contract for purchase if I still wanted it. I was ecstatic. Needless to say I am now the new owner of the home! And through this whole process I knew the property would be mine. I had confidence this was going to be my home. I had total certainty.
