Sally: We met Jamie at the home show in Bozeman and we really liked how responsive Jamie was to our Inquires, and enjoyed her personality as well. We had spoke to other Realtors, and really didn’t find the personal connection that we did with Jamie.
Martin: The other Realtors we spoke with were pushy and sales driven. Jamie was more personal and spoke with us like we were breathing human beings.
Sally: Jamie’s communication was great! She was really good at forwarding information on the properties we were interested in.
Martin: Because we were truly a pain in the neck for her.
Sally: We were?
Martin: Yes we were! (Laughter) We asked so many questions over and over again. Jamie was very patient. Jamie’s professionalism was exceptional, she presented the pro’s and con’s of each property. She was considerate of our ideas, and found the information for us completely.
Sally: Is it my turn to talk? (Laughter)
Martin: Yes it is. (Laughter)
Sally: Jamie’s communication was excellent. She was really good at keeping us all in the e-mail stream, sending properties along, answering questions, and keeping track of things.
Martin: I am notorious for deleting e-mails. I hate extraneous stuff.
Sally: And I’m the one that keeps all of it.
Martin: Jamie kept us well informed on all aspects of the transaction. For example there was a current cattle lease that was in place that Jamie helped us renew when we purchased our property. Jamie’s follow up was outstanding! Every day I was a pest with questions. She professionally responded to each and everyone of my inane questions, that I had already asked 3 times.
Sally: We also changed our closing date a couple of times as well.
Martin: This transaction was a whirlwind and Jamie was so impressive with her professionalism and capabilities to keep up with us! We closed on both of our properties, bought a RV, and moved in a 3 day period.
Sally: We would have stopped asking questions if Jamie couldn’t answer them.
Martin: We will continue to use Jamie for future transactions. In fact I want to buy an additional 400 acres.
Sally: He doesn’t have enough money for that! (Laughter)
Martin: Well I will eventually. I think we have time. We can have a Marty dream too? (Laughter)
Sally: Yes you can have a Marty dream. (Laughter) We would recommend Jamie to family and friends. I have already recommended my sister to Jamie, and if I recommend my sister then we would recommend Jamie to anyone!
